Revamping the Wood Chip Conveyor: A Success Story
The challenge was immense when facing the imminent failure of an outdated gearbox in a 550ft conveyor at a Wood Chip Export facility. Not only was a need to accommodate a jump from 750 TPH to 900 TPH, but the customer also required an advanced drive package to be engineered, built, shipped, and installed—including electrical retrofit—all within 4 weeks. Our solution? A comprehensive new Drive System featuring everything from a head pulley to dual 125HP drive packages, ensuring optimal performance.
