Based in Southwestern Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh, Keystone’s focus on flat wire belting begins with our in-house production of strip steel enabling tighter belt tolerances and a more uniform pitch. The belts are assembled by highly trained operators, who average 20 years of experience, and then automatically finished with either a welded or clinched edge.

Another quality product is Keystone’s cast and precision machined sprockets, which are matched to specific flat wire belts creating the best possible tooth to connecting rod engagement. This custom fit between the belt and sprocket tooth increases the life of both components. Custom designed sprockets are also readily available.
